How to get here

From Soldeu · Vall d'Incles · 1h 15 min on foot

🚌 Summer traffic restriction

July to September, 10am–6pm, the Vall d'Incles is closed to private vehicles.

An electric bus runs from the valley entrance to the car park:

Getting to the refuge

Approximate time from car park: 1h 15 min · Ascent: +470 m

Soldeu or El Tarter — Enter Vall d'Incles

Between the villages of Soldeu and El Tarter, take the newly paved road that climbs through the Vall d'Incles valley.

Car park — Pont de la Baladosa (1,840 m)

At the end of the valley, the Pont de la Baladosa car park at 1,840 m is the start of the walking route.

Forest track — Along the Juclar river

From the car park, the path follows the Juclar river heading east along a wide, well-marked forest track.

Signposted junction — Siscaró / Juclar

The track leads to a clearly signposted junction. Follow east towards Juclar along a variant of the GR10 and GRP.

Picnic area with spring water

Past the junction, a small rest area allows you to fill water bottles. Last comfortable stop before the final climb.

Final section — First Lake dam

The path steepens alongside the river up to the First Juclar Lake dam. A few metres to the right: Refugi de Juclar. Welcome! 🏔️
